A contract is a legally binding document between at least two parties, supported by lawful consideration, that defines and governs the rights and duties of the parties to such agreement in connection with the exchange of goods, services, money, or a promise to do or not to do particular actions. 

Purchase & Sale Agreements

Purchase and sale agreements are contracts between two or more parties for the buying and selling of goods or services. Additionally bills of sale and purchase orders fall under this category.

Employment Agreements

Some employers may ask that their employees enter into agreements regarding their work status, job duties, and compensation.
